After some research, we've been able to check out some tunes that just might be the same that JR would listen to while driving around Federal Way, California, or Vancouver.
On his Twitter, he can be heard listening to songs by artists such as Grizzly Bear, Andrew Bird, and one of our local favourites, the Blue Scholars. Others include Ohmega Watts and Erykah Badu.
From various interviews we tracked down that his favourite song to sing in the car is "probably, “Just Friends,” by Musiq Soulchild."
